Billing questions
How do credits work?
Each landing page generation uses 10 credits from your balance. Credits are added when Paddle confirms your payment and they don't expire or renew.
How are payments handled?
Payments are processed by Paddle on a secure checkout. Card data is handled by the payment processor — OTMIA does not store your full card details.
Do I need a subscription?
No. Activation is a one-time $5 payment and credit packs are one-time purchases. Nothing renews automatically.
How do I close my account or delete data?
Email contact@otmia.com from your account email with “Account deletion request”. See our Privacy Policy.
