1. Acceptance of Terms
OTMIA (otmia.com) is operated by Velocidad Digital Marketing SARL, with a business address at Avenue Al Qods, L'Imcopa, Lot 2, Louama, 3ème étage, Bureau 1. By creating an account or using OTMIA, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
OTMIA is a SaaS platform that helps you generate product landing pages using AI (including Google Gemini), edit and publish those pages, configure forms, and view submissions and related analytics in your dashboard. Users purchase credits to generate pages. Each standard landing page generation costs 10 credits unless we state otherwise for a specific feature.
3. Account Registration
You must provide a valid email address to register. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. One account per person — creating multiple accounts to abuse promotional credits is prohibited.
4. Credits & Payments
Payments for credits and store activation are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), our authorized reseller and the Merchant of Record for your purchase. Paddle processes your payment, issues your receipt, and administers refunds under its own terms (see paddle.com/legal for the specific Paddle entity and terms that apply to your purchase). OTMIA is responsible for the SaaS product itself — generating, publishing, and supporting your landing pages — and does not itself process your payment. Credits purchased through Paddle are non-transferable and do not expire unless we notify you otherwise. Refund eligibility is set out in our Refund Policy; as Merchant of Record, Paddle has final discretion over refund approval. We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Registration is free; new accounts start with no credits.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use OTMIA to: - Generate spam, misleading, or fraudulent content - Create pages that violate applicable law - Impersonate other people or organizations - Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform in violation of these terms - Resell access to the platform without authorization - Infringe intellectual property rights of others We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Content Ownership
You own the landing pages and content you create, subject to third-party rights in materials you provide. By using the platform you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content to provide the service. You are responsible for compliance with laws applicable to your content and to data you collect from your visitors.
7. AI-Generated Content
Our platform uses AI to generate content. Output may be imperfect or inaccurate. We do not guarantee accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing and for how you use it commercially or legally.
8. Service Availability
We strive for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance may occur with or without prior notice. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime beyond what applicable law requires.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. To request account deletion, follow the process described in our Privacy Policy (contact contact@otmia.com). Unused credits may not be refunded except as stated in our Refund Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OTMIA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, unless a higher minimum applies under mandatory law.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. We will notify users by email or platform notice for material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
